Compensation Structures

Pre-Licensed Clinicians

• 65/35 Fee Split

• Direct clinical supervision, administrative support, and structured mentorship to help build your caseload.

• Path to Autonomy: Seamlessly transition into full collective membership once fully licensed!

Licensed Clinicians (Collective Members)

Enjoy the independence of running your own practice with the leverage, community, and low overhead of a shared collective.

• Insurance / General Split: 80/20 (Keep 80% of earnings while sharing overhead cost)

• Self-Pay Clients: 87/13 (Keep 87% of self-pay client revenue)
